    The Whitehall Town Council approved Monday a generic letter that will be sent to residents who are in violation of town ordinances. According to Town Clerk/Treasurer Summer Fellows, the letter will notify the resident of a ordinance violation, will advise them to contact the town, and will include the amount of days they will have to take action before they will be fined or further action is taken.     The Whitehall High School wrestling team once again showed last week they are among the top teams in Class B with a fourth place finish at the Choteau Classic.
