    ELIZABETH PULLMAN, Whitehall Ledger|Nov 3, 2021

Screams Come True Haunted House and Hay Maze brought in over 1200 people to the Whitehall area over the course of its two weekend run. When the idea originated after Halloween in 2018, creator Liz Pullman thought the house would be successful if it brought in 100 people a night. The haunt, just closing out its third season, has exceeded all expectations. In 2021, the furthest attendees documented were from Conrad, Polson, Roundup, Shelby, Hamilton, and Boise, ID. "We took pictures of every...

As of mid-summer, the residents who do not...

  • New Faces Needed...

    ELIZABETH PULLMAN, Whitehall Ledger|Oct 6, 2021

In a small town like Whitehall it is common to see the same faces over and over again. At the grocery store. At the library. At the post office. Small town life at its finest. However, the same faces at every committee meeting - that’s something that needs to change. I’m calling out to the youth of our town, the newbies in our town, the retired of our town, the bored-and-need-something-to-do of our town...basically, I’m calling out to everyone. GET INVOLVED! Right now there are so many new committees, organizations, and non-profits who need...
