    Whitehall Elementary fourth grader Aleena McDonald has been selected as the first place winner in the Missoula Public Library's fiction writing contest for her age group.     Barrick Golden Sunlight Mine donated emergency response bags for each classroom in the Whitehall Elementary. In the event the school would have to evacuate its classrooms or school grounds due to a natural disaster or emergency, they now have a lightweight bag of essential supplies to quickly grab as they leave.
