Dear Editor, The Spay & Neuter Mobile vet services are no longer available in Jefferson County. Due to the unavailable mobile vet services for Spay & Neuter Clinics in Jefferson County, the AS&C of Jefferson County is temporarily unable to provide the bi-annual Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Clinics.
